  • Guest：Location was great. Lobby Bar had a great aesthetic. Beautiful room with a balcony.
  • Guest：Our stay was overall okay, staff service was amazing. Transportation to the beach was provided, and we also had access to the Ritz Carlton beach club. The hotel was in a nice area walking distance to food and grocery store. The only drawback was that the showers were very difficult to figure out, and there was back mold present.
  • Guest：Initial impressions of the property were good. The hotel room could use second or third good cleaning though. Also-The tap water in the bathroom was Yellow. Beware of the loud music from the roof top terrace and nightclub, as it radiates into the rooms below past 1am on the weekends. Staff overall are welcoming but not all-the Sparrow nightclub reservations attendant on the ground floor could use a overdue coaching. She was both indignant and unbothered-but not helpful in the slightest. Overall- 3 out 5
